I just got these the other day, and have worn them a few times. The color is misleading, its not in any way, pink. Its more of a melon, and green. I personaly LOVE the color!! As for comfort, the heel is not as thick as I normally like. However if you have a bit of a wider foot, these are perfect. To me there is nothing I like more then comfortable shoes with style. Sneakers are my daily shoe of choice, because you never know when your going to have to chase your 2 year old! To the person with the rips in the shoe, I would suggest contacting Saucony personaly, and tell them about the shoe.
