I don't know who their customers are, but they must be smaller than 4'. I ordered this in Maroon, and it is even too small for my children. Cause I live overseas, I threw it away. Sorry, maybe the right size for small children. The label says: One size fits most, Made in China. So maybe the producer thinks, we're all smurfs.Product Description
