I'm in Fairbanks Alaska and I was looking for a warm hat that didn't cause a lot of static electricity like my fleece beanie hat.The fleece beanie is warm but when you go inside and take your hat off you don't want your hair to look like you stuck you finger in a light socket.This hat does the trick.I also bought it for the visor.We don't get that much sun during the winter so I don't bother with sun glasses, besides they are too cold to put on this time of year.The hat's visor works perfect.I'm very happy with this hat so far and I've been wear it for three weeks now in temps well below zero.I personally think the quilted fabric is warmer than the fleece.Product Description
