very light, good enough support for walking and running. what i like most is they are not all clunky n thick on the bottom -- so they dont encourage bad running form. these, moreso than most running shoes, encourage running on the balls of your feet (perhaps because theyre sprinting shoes). most shoes have heavily cushioned heels which make heel striking intuitive, but this causes injury. these, on the other hand, are good shoes.Product Description
