This is a great speedo for the beach/pool.I wouldn't use this for my swimming workout, but it certainly is as much a functional suit as it is a "fashion" statement.I have a muscular build so I took the advice of the previous reviewer and bought a 34 even though I have a 32 waist.It isn't baggy at all around the waist, and it fits better across my backside and thighs than I would expect the 32 would.Guys with slight builds should not adjust the size I suspect.
