If you have seen the red ruby or silver slippers in Target, these are identical except they are pink.I bought them to match my 5-year-old daughter's ballerina costume for Halloween.They looked perfect (exactly as shown) with her costume and saw her through two parades, two costume contests, two parties and two trick-or-treat runs.After Halloween, I let her wear them to preschool and within two days all the glitter rubbed off the toe area exposing what looked to be ragged, off white cardboard.The shoes aren't really made of cardboard, but something similar.I didn't expect these shoes to last much longer than Halloween and I got what I expected.They are perfect for a low cost solution to those special occassion dress up/photo op opportunities, but they aren't meant for every day wear.BTW, my daughter doesn't care that the toe area looks ragged, she still likes them.As for fit, they fit fine lengthwise, but the stap on top is tight and hurts after a while.Click Here to see more reviews about: Toddler Girls' Circo® Adelaide Glitter Ballet Shoes - Light Pink
