This hat is really great!It shades even your shoulders.My husband had a different style, same manufacturer, which lasted and held up for a couple of years in the brutal Florida sun and salt with almost daily use.The brim of the old hat is still very good but the dome capped part finally just dissolved and shredded.Maybe the manufacturer could make a hat with the dome cap part the same construction as the brim?Now THAT would be a great hat!The lifetime warranty is a scam of the hat industry.It is the lifetime of the "hat" which is shorter than you'd think.Our disappointment over this misleading is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.But anyway, we are still delighted with the quality and the fact that it is made in USA.The hat shipped to us very quickly and was packaged nicely in a cardboard hat box with tissue paper.My son liked his Dad's new Santa Cruz hat so much that he ordered one for himself.He ordered a size bigger so that he can wear a small towel under the hat.Product Description
