Review of Sperry Top-Sider Little Kid/Big Kid Bluefish Boat Shoe

My daughter has these shoes and loves them.My son is 10 years old and wants a pair, but I cannot see that they are offered in his size (6) according to the way I understand the sizing chart.Boys Sperry Top-Sider Bluefish size chart says child.What about big boys?Maybe I'm not understanding but I don't want to order these unless I know that I'm getting boys size not child size.
